OUR STORY
We, Klaudia and Juan, have both been dog lovers since we were kids.
Growing up, our lives were always filled with animals, but dogs had away of
stealing our hearts.
They weren’t just pets—they were family.
In 2018, Klaudia’s family dog, Roxi, passed away from cancer at just 7 years old. Losing her so young was heartbreaking. Back then, we didn’t know much about ingredients or supplements, and there wasn’t a lot of clear information out there to guide us.
That loss really stuck with us and gave us a strong drive to do everything we could to give our future dogs the best chance at long, happy lives
When Kiki joined our family, everything changed. We became *those* dog parents, obsessively reading labels, researching the best food and treats, and learning about the benefits of supplements. We wanted to start her off right, so we introduced supplements early on as part of her daily routine.
By the time Koko joined us, we’d fine-tuned our approach, making sure both our girls were as healthy and happy as they could be.
It wasn’t long before people started noticing. Friends and followers on social media were always asking, “How do they look so healthy?
What’s your secret?” Honestly, the “secret” was a lot of trial and error.
We tried powders, pills, and anything we thought might help, but most were messy, time-consuming, or just unappealing to the girls.
That’s when the idea for Dogiko began.
Inspired by our journey, we partnered with incredible nutritionists to create supplement chews that are easy to give, full of purpose, and loved by dogs. Kiki and Koko were our first (and toughest!) taste testers, and once they gave us their paw of approval, we knew we had something special.
